Jenna Clayton is an Integrative Somatic Practitioner and a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher. She has a B.S. in Psychology and a decade of experience working in human services.
She has worked with all ages, populations and backgrounds in trauma-informed settings.
She has used yoga and somatic tools to rebuild from her own nervous system burnout, addiction, PTSD, depression and anxiety. She uses her learned and lived experiences to help others do the same.
