Jenna Clayton is an Integrative Somatic Practitioner and a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher. She has a B.S. in Psychology and a decade of experience working in human services.
She has used yoga and somatic tools to rebuild from nervous system burnout, addiction, PTSD, depression and anxiety. She uses her learned and lived experiences to help others do the same.
She believes that, although life can be challenging, we can gain control of our experience with the right tools and support.
